We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health information) through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us through our forms.

  • Directly from you when you complete an enquiry or quote form, request a callback, book a survey, email or telephone us.

  • From third parties, for example an address lookup provider when you search for your address by postcode.

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes and services. Lawful basis: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract with you.
  • To carry out and manage installations, servicing and aftercare. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in running our business.
  • To improve our website and services and understand how visitors use the site. Lawful basis: your consent (for non-essential analytics cookies) and our legitimate interests.
  • To send you service reminders (for example annual boiler or heat pump service reminders). Lawful basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, such as Gas Safe, MCS and building regulations requirements. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We will only send you marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them, or where we are otherwise permitted to do so by law. You can opt out at any time.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Enquiries that do not lead to work are typically held for a limited period and then deleted. Records relating to work we carry out, including warranties, certificates and accounting records, are kept for longer to meet our legal, warranty and tax obligations.

  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
